At CSAA Insurance Group, I served as the Staff Product Manager for MyQuote—the AAA insurance quoting platform—where I managed and enhanced quoting experiences for renters, home, condo, and bundle insurance products. I was responsible for overseeing the implementation of new features for AAA clubs across the United States, ensuring a consistent, seamless, and efficient quoting experience for members nationwide while strategically positioning CSAA’s offerings in a competitive market.
To demonstrate AI’s potential, I developed multiple AI use case prototypes that showcased benefits like improved data precision and streamlined requirements gathering. These prototypes laid the groundwork for broader AI adoption within the organization. By automating critical processes in MyQuote, we achieved faster, more accurate quotes, which increased customer satisfaction and platform adoption.

In my role on the MyQuote platform, I had the privilege of working closely with a talented cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, product owners, sales representatives, and designers. Together, we drove the vision and execution of key features and improvements, ensuring the platform met the needs of both customers and AAA clubs across the United States.
By fostering a collaborative environment, I helped bridge communication across these diverse roles. Working with developers and QA, we ensured high-quality, reliable feature implementations, while our product owners and designers aligned on creating a user-friendly, intuitive experience. Additionally, I collaborated with sales to gather frontline insights, which informed our feature prioritization and guided us in crafting solutions that directly addressed customer pain points.
